In the future, “Rīgas satiksme” customers will be served in the customer service centres: Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības gatve 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Kurzemes prospekts 137 and Spīķeru Street 1
From July 19, “Rīgas satiksme” customers will be served in five customer service centres: Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības gatve 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Kurzemes prospekts 137 and Spīķeru Street 1, while due to the small customer flow and limited environmental accessibility, the customer service centre in Brīvības Street 191 will be closed.
These changes will be introduced because the customer service centre in Brīvības Street 191 served a very small number of customers, furthermore, from the point of view of environmental accessibility, this customer service centre was on the second floor, therefore the access to the customer service centre was difficult both for seniors and parents with perambulators and also for people with reduced mobility.
Several actions can be performed remotely and we invite the customers to use this opportunity without visiting the customer service centre. However, in five “Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres, it is still possible to receive a new e-ticket or change an e-ticket and to register the status of a discount recipient and to perform other activities that require personal identification of the customer – in Brīvības Street 49/53, in Brīvības gatve 384b, in Prāgas Street 1, in Kurzemes prospekts 137 and in Spīķeru Street 1.
We remind you that in „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres, customers are served by prior appointment. Visitors of the customer service centres must wear mouth and nose covers.
